服務條款

本服務條款（「條款」）適用於您對 Excel Change Log 營運的 Excel Change Log 網站與服務的使用。使用我們的服務即表示您同意這些條款。如不同意，請勿使用本服務。

1. 服務

Excel Change Log is a web-based tool that lets you compare Excel (.xlsx) files and generate detailed change logs. You may try a limited public demo without an account. Full product access requires a paid Weekly or Yearly subscription — there is no Free forever account plan.

2. 帳戶

要使用大多數功能，您需要使用有效電子郵件地址建立帳戶。您有責任維護帳戶憑證的安全，並對帳戶下發生的所有活動負責。如懷疑存在未經授權的存取，請立即通知我們。

3. 可接受的使用

您同意不：

• 將服務用於任何非法目的
• 上傳包含惡意軟體、病毒或惡意內容的檔案
• 試圖未經授權存取我們的系統或其他使用者的帳戶
• 未經我們許可使用自動化腳本或機器人存取服務
• 未經我們書面同意轉售、再分發或再授權服務
• 干擾或破壞服務或其基礎設施

4. 您的檔案與內容

您保留對所上傳檔案的全部所有權。我們不主張對您的內容擁有任何所有權。上傳檔案即表示您授予我們有限的許可，以便處理、儲存並向您以及透過共享連結分享的任何人展示比較結果。

您全權負責檔案內容，並確保您有權上傳與比較這些檔案。

5. 共享連結

建立可共享連結即表示您向擁有該連結的任何人授予對比較結果的唯讀存取權限。您負責管理分享對象。對於因共享連結導致的未經授權存取，我們不承擔責任。

6. 付款與訂閱

Paid plans are billed weekly or yearly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate shown at checkout (including any disclosed introductory price that then renews at the regular rate). You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Demo & Unpaid Access

There is no Free forever account plan. You may try the public demo without an account, subject to demo limits. Full product access requires an active paid Weekly or Yearly subscription.

8. Inactive Accounts

We may suspend or delete your account and associated data if your account has been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months. "Inactive" means no successful sign-in (and no other meaningful use of the Services we reasonably define, such as running a comparison) during that period. If you have an active paid subscription in good standing, this inactivity deletion rule does not apply until the subscription ends. Where reasonably practicable, we will send notice to the email address associated with your account at least thirty (30) days before deletion. After deletion, data may not be recoverable. You can avoid deletion by signing in before the stated deadline.

8. AI 分析

我們的 AI 分析功能使用第三方 AI 供應商。AI 產生的摘要按「原樣」提供，可能並非完全準確。在依賴 AI 產生內容做出重要決定前，您應仔細審閱。我們提供可設定的隱私級別，以控制與 AI 供應商共享的資料量。

9. 服務可用性

我們努力使 Excel Change Log 始終可用，但不保證不間斷存取。我們可能偶爾需要進行維護或更新，暫時影響可用性。對於任何停機或服務中斷，我們不承擔責任。

10. 責任限制

Excel Change Log 按「原樣」提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保證。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對因您使用服務而產生的任何間接、附帶、特殊、後果性或懲罰性損害，或任何資料、利潤或收入損失承擔責任。

對於因服務產生或與之相關的任何索賠，我們的總責任不超過您在索賠前 12 個月內向我們支付的金額。

11. 帳戶終止

若您違反這些條款或從事濫用行為，我們保留暫停或終止您帳戶的權利。您可以隨時刪除帳戶。終止後，您的資料將根據我們的隱私政策刪除。

12. 條款變更

我們可能會不時更新這些條款。重大變更將透過在網站上發布通知或傳送電子郵件告知您。更新後的條款生效後您繼續使用服務，即表示您接受。

13. 適用法律

這些條款應受適用法律管轄並依其解釋，不考慮法律衝突原則。任何爭議應首先透過善意協商解決；如未能解決，則透過具有約束力的仲裁或在有管轄權的法院解決。
