服务条款

本服务条款（「条款」）适用于您对 Excel Change Log 运营的 Excel Change Log 网站和服务的使用。使用我们的服务即表示您同意这些条款。如不同意，请勿使用本服务。

1. 服务

Excel Change Log is a web-based tool that lets you compare Excel (.xlsx) files and generate detailed change logs. You may try a limited public demo without an account. Full product access requires a paid Weekly or Yearly subscription — there is no Free forever account plan.

2. 账户

要使用大多数功能，您需要使用有效电子邮件地址创建账户。您有责任维护账户凭据的安全，并对账户下发生的所有活动负责。如怀疑存在未经授权的访问，请立即通知我们。

3. 可接受的使用

您同意不：

• 将服务用于任何非法目的
• 上传包含恶意软件、病毒或恶意内容的文件
• 试图未经授权访问我们的系统或其他用户的账户
• 未经我们许可使用自动化脚本或机器人访问服务
• 未经我们书面同意转售、再分发或再许可服务
• 干扰或破坏服务或其基础设施

4. 您的文件与内容

您保留对所上传文件的全部所有权。我们不主张对您的内容拥有任何所有权。上传文件即表示您授予我们有限的许可，以便处理、存储并向您以及通过共享链接分享的任何人展示比较结果。

您全权负责文件内容，并确保您有权上传和比较这些文件。

5. 共享链接

创建可共享链接即表示您向拥有该链接的任何人授予对比较结果的只读访问权限。您负责管理分享对象。对于因共享链接导致的未经授权访问，我们不承担责任。

6. 付款与订阅

Paid plans are billed weekly or yearly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate shown at checkout (including any disclosed introductory price that then renews at the regular rate). You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Demo & Unpaid Access

There is no Free forever account plan. You may try the public demo without an account, subject to demo limits. Full product access requires an active paid Weekly or Yearly subscription.

8. Inactive Accounts

We may suspend or delete your account and associated data if your account has been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months. "Inactive" means no successful sign-in (and no other meaningful use of the Services we reasonably define, such as running a comparison) during that period. If you have an active paid subscription in good standing, this inactivity deletion rule does not apply until the subscription ends. Where reasonably practicable, we will send notice to the email address associated with your account at least thirty (30) days before deletion. After deletion, data may not be recoverable. You can avoid deletion by signing in before the stated deadline.

8. AI 分析

我们的 AI 分析功能使用第三方 AI 提供商。AI 生成的摘要按“原样”提供，可能并非完全准确。在依赖 AI 生成内容做出重要决定前，您应仔细审阅。我们提供可配置的隐私级别，以控制与 AI 提供商共享的数据量。

9. 服务可用性

我们努力使 Excel Change Log 始终可用，但不保证不间断访问。我们可能偶尔需要进行维护或更新，暂时影响可用性。对于任何停机或服务中断，我们不承担责任。

10. 责任限制

Excel Change Log 按“原样”提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因您使用服务而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或任何数据、利润或收入损失承担责任。

对于因服务产生或与之相关的任何索赔，我们的总责任不超过您在索赔前 12 个月内向我们支付的金额。

11. 账户终止

如果您违反这些条款或从事滥用行为，我们保留暂停或终止您账户的权利。您可以随时删除账户。终止后，您的数据将根据我们的隐私政策删除。

12. 条款变更

我们可能会不时更新这些条款。重大变更将通过在网站上发布通知或发送电子邮件告知您。更新后的条款生效后您继续使用服务，即表示您接受。

13. 适用法律

这些条款应受适用法律管辖并按其解释，不考虑法律冲突原则。任何争议应首先通过善意协商解决；如未能解决，则通过具有约束力的仲裁或在有管辖权的法院解决。
